SIG plc are pleased to announce the acquisition of Nouwens Group BV (NG) in Benelux. NG is a specialist Ceilings and Partitions distribution and Project Management business based in Oisterwijk in the South West of Benelux. Operating from 3 locations, serving the whole of the area, NG has established a strong reputation and market leading position. NG will continue to trade as a separate business within SIG, complementing our existing ceilings and partitioning businesses, and follows the Group's strategy of strengthening our position in core markets and expanding our geographic base
