Acquisition of UMB Tiel and ABS GmbH

SIG plc are pleased to announce the acquisition of both UMB Tiel b.v. of Benelux and ABS GmbH of Germany.
Both businesses are specialist distributors of ceiling and dry lining products. UMB is based in a single branch in central Benelux, and ABS operates from two branches in western Germany.
These two companies complement our existing portfolio and will further strengthen our existing ceiling and dry lining distribution network.
