SIG plc are pleased to announce the acquisition of Screenbase Ltd (SL).

SL is located in Andover, Hampshire and is a specialist manufacturer of commercial and office screens. Its products are distributed through a network of independent distributors covering the UK, Ireland and Benelux.

As market leader in its field it has established an excellent brand and reputation.

SL will continue to trade as a separate business within Komfort Office Environments.
