Acquisition of Staffordshire Insulation Businesses

SIG are pleased to announce the acquisition of two specialist insulation branches from a private trading organisation for around £200,000 in cash, on a debt-free basis.

The branches operate under the brand names Warmahome and Heatwise (Staffs) and are based in the Staffordshire area. Current trading gives combined sales of around £1 million.

The acquisition, which will be integrated into the existing insulation business, further develops SIG's geographic coverage of this market.
