Acquisition of Support Site Ltd

SIG plc are pleased to announce that the Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Support Site Ltd. Support Site is a multi-site distributor of specialist products mainly for the civil and infra-structure sectors within the building industry. It is a profitable, well managed and growing business and will fit well as a standalone business within SIG.
