Group Chief Executive Appointment

David Williams will succeed Mr Forrester as Group Chief Executive on 1st January 2002. As part of the induction and hand over process, David will assume responsibility for all Group subsidiaries from 1st September 2001. This will allow him to be fully involved in subsidiary planning and budgeting for 2002.
