SIG plc are pleased to announce the acquisition of A.M. Proos & Sons Ltd, which trades as Proos Roofing Supplies.
The company is a long established and well respected specialist roofing distributor with 19 branches throughout the UK.
Proos will continue to trade separately under its own name and will form an important addition to our growing Roofing Division.
The existing managing director, David Proos, will stay with the business, reporting directly to John Chivers, Managing Director of the Roofing Division.
