We have a range of opportunities in a number of locations across the UK for talented and ambitious graduates to join the company and build on our success for future growth. These are broadly divided into regional and functional roles:

Regional Roles – The SIG Regional Graduate Programme offers graduates the opportunity to work in every division of our business, developing an understanding of all branch operations. These include warehousing, sales, logistics, marketing, accounts, staff management and product training.

On completion of their training, graduates will be in a position to move into a variety of roles within the Group, from branch management through to functional based roles.

Functional Roles – These roles are intended for graduates who have a clear idea of a particular function of the company they would like to work in, giving them the chance to specialise quickly and gain in-depth knowledge of a function which is best suited to them. There are opportunities for graduates to support the company's operations in many areas including sales, marketing, HR, finance, transport and logistics.

On completion of the scheme, functional graduates will have similar opportunities as regional graduates with the possibility of working in a variety of different business areas.
