To ensure you're the right person for one of our graduate roles we follow a thorough recruitment process:
To apply for one of our graduate positions you’ll be asked to complete an application form. This will help us to understand why you’re interested in joining SIG and highlight your skills, background and any relevant experience.
If you have the skills we’re looking for, we’ll then invite you to complete a video interview. This is a great opportunity for us to hear more from you and identify if you’ll be a good fit with our business.
If you’re successful at the video interview we’ll ask you to complete some short aptitude tests to assess your verbal, numerical and diagrammatic abilities.
The final stage in the process will be an assessment centre. This will be an opportunity to meet us to discuss your application further. The assessment centre will involve an interview along with a number of other exercises such as a group exercise, case study and presentation.
Following the assessment centre we’ll make our final decision. We’ll then get in touch to let you know if you’ve been successful and if so, offer you a position at SIG.
