SIG's international graduate programme
Build your career with us…
Graduate talent is key to the continued success of our company, and we’re now searching for the future leaders who will help us take our business to the next level. If you’re an ambitious graduate looking for an international career in a growing company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll complete four rotations during our two-year leadership programme, giving you a real insight into how our international business works. You could work across many business areas including sales, operations, HR, finance or supply chain, and you’ll also help support some of our key strategic and international initiatives. Wherever you work, you’ll quickly develop your operational knowledge and you’ll add value in no time, supporting our vision to be ‘Stronger Together’.
Your language skills will be put to the test as at least one rotation will take place outside of your home country. You could find yourself working in our Paris office; supporting our German colleagues in Frankfurt; or even operating in our multi-lingual Air Handling business. Wherever you’re based, you’ll be given lots of responsibility from day one, supporting projects that are critical to our business success and influencing our senior managers.
You’ll be encouraged to grow and develop, with a tailored development programme – including experiential learning and mentoring. This is designed to increase your effectiveness and value to the business, putting you on the right path to become one of SIG’s future leaders.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business studies. You will also need to be fluent in English as well as another of our business languages (French, German, Polish or Dutch). You’ll be asked to move throughout the UK and Mainland Europe to support our business, so flexibility and desire to work internationally are a must, as is a full driving licence. Whilst prior work experience in a business or construction environment is a bonus, it’s not essential – what we’re really looking for are ambitious, adaptable and committed people, ready to take on new challenges and contribute to SIG’s future success and growth!
There’s a world of opportunities at SIG – we’ll help you choose yours.
