Health and wellbeing
It is today as important as ever that we support our employee’s health and wellbeing.
We have a Group-wide employee health and wellbeing policy, and training is mandatory for all employees across our business to ensure both an awareness and an understanding of the policy and their responsibilities in keeping themselves and their colleagues safe and well.
This policy includes promoting and supporting mental and social wellbeing in the workplace, reducing organisational risk factors such as stress and excessive working hours and providing support for colleagues who may be experiencing health and wellbeing issues. Training has also been developed for our management teams to equip them with the skills to regularly communicate and engage with their teams in this area.
